Returns/ Lost Items

  • All items are shipped as parcels in bubble envelopes and come with a Postage ID number which is essentially the tracking number, you can track your purchase through your post office with this number. If you would like me to email you the info after I ship, just include in notes to seller on your order.
  • USPS.com malfunctions and issues are out of my control, please be patient and reload the page or try again later if it doesn't provide your info at your first try.
  • I am NOT responsible for lost items during shipping or if the address connected to your order isn't accurate and not corrected before I ship. 
  • If an item isn't delivered for whatever reason, it will come back to me and I will email the email address connected to the buy. If no reply is given, after 30 days the item will be relisted & resold.
  • I DO NOT DO RETURNS! I DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK! I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS BECAUSE YOUR ORDER GOT LOST OR NEVER SHOWED UP!
  • I can always issue tracking or Package ID to show proof of shipping.
  •  This being said, if you get a non-clothing item and it is damaged  or have an issue with a clasp or it doesn't fit, I am happy to have you ship it back to me and I will fix it for you and send it back free.
